Terms of Nuptial Protocol & Service
The sovereign terms governing Wedsmemo commissions and event guest communications.
1. Sovereign Event Commission
By commissioning a Wedsmemo wedding collection, the client secures dedicated Cloudflare V8 edge worker resources, Supabase database tenancy, and an isolated CDN namespace for the duration of the nuptial event and its archival lifespan.
2. Guest Photo Rights & Intellectual Property
All photographs captured and uploaded by official wedding photographers or celebrating guests remain the sole intellectual property of the respective creator and couple. Wedsmemo asserts zero commercial or derivative claims over event photography.
3. Service Level & Edge Isolate Delivery
Wedsmemo guarantees a 99.99% edge runtime availability powered by Cloudflare workerd isolates. In destination wedding environments with compromised cellular bandwidth, offline caching protocols allow photo uploads to queue locally until connection is restored.
